经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检诊断非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎

目的　探讨经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检在非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎 (NSGP)诊断中的临床价值。方法　回顾分析 5 87例疑前列腺癌经超声引导下穿刺活检证实的 6例NSGP的临床资料。结果　 3例NSGP病灶位于前列腺周围区 ,2例为弥漫型 ,病灶呈低回声 ,难以同前列腺癌鉴别 ,另有 1例未显示病灶 ,经直肠超声引导下穿刺活检诊断为NSGP。结论　经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检具有准确 ,安全等优点 ,是诊断NSGP的有效方法之一。

Evaluation of Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsies in the Diagnosis of Nonspecific Granulomatous Prostatitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies in the nonspecific granulomatous prostatitis (NSGP).Methods The clinical data of 6 NSGP were analyzed from 587 suspicious prostatic cancer with the transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate retrospectively. Results The lesion of 3 NSGP was located in the peripheral zone of prostate, the lesion of 2 patients was diffuse. The lesion was low echogenic so that it was difficult in defferential diagnosis with prostatic cancer. In addition, the lesion of 1 patient was not revealed, which was diagnosed by transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate. Conclusion The transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate is possessed of the advantages of accuracy and safety.It is one of effective methods in the diagnosis of NSGP.
