P63在乳腺良恶性病变中的诊断价值

目的 :探讨 p6 3在乳腺良恶性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :采用微波 SP免疫组化方法 ,观察p6 3在乳腺良恶性病变中的表达情况。结果 :乳腺良性病变的腺泡和导管周围可见连续的肌上皮围绕 ,p6 3阳性 ;原位癌p6 3染色显示肌上皮呈不连续表达 ;乳腺癌早期浸润灶及浸润性癌 ,p6 3染色显示肌上皮大部分消失或无肌上皮。结论 :从乳腺良性病变到原位癌 ,早期浸润癌和浸润癌 ,肌上皮的消失是一个逐渐发展的过程 ,p6 3有助于乳腺良恶性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断。

Value of P63 in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Lesions of Breast

Objective:To evaluate the value of p63 immunostaining in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of breast.Methods:Immunoproxidase staining of benign and malignant lesions of breast with p63 were observed by microwave SP immunohistochemical method.Results:There was a continuous layer of myoepithelial cells in the benign lesions of breast, they were reactive for p63. Myoepithelial layer was interruptedly positive for p63 in carcinoma in situ. Myoepithelial layer was mostly or totally absent in early-invasive and invasive breast carcinoma.Conclusions:Disappearance of myoepithelial cells represents progressive transformation of benign lesions to carcinoma in situ,early-invasive and invasive breast carcinoma.p63 is an useful antibody in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of breast.
