摘    要:门诊志愿者服务中心作为医院与患者之间的第三部门,在维护就医秩序、优化就诊环境、和谐医患关系、拓展人文关怀服务领域等方面起到了重要作用.本文从门诊志愿者建设、招募、培训与指导、评估、激励机制、未来展望等方面进行建设与管理探讨.

Abstract:Outpatient volunteer service center,as the third sector between hospital and patients,has played an important role in the maintenance of medical treatment order,and optimize treatment environment,harmonious doctor-patient relationship and expand the field of human care services.The study showed how to build and manage volunteer team and establish an effective service system from the outpatient building,recruiting,training and guidance,assessment,incentives,future prospects and other aspects.
