Study of Outpatient Volunteers Team Building and Management

Outpatient volunteer service center,as the third sector between hospital and patients,has played an important role in the maintenance of medical treatment order,and optimize treatment environment,harmonious doctor-patient relationship and expand the field of human care services.The study showed how to build and manage volunteer team and establish an effective service system from the outpatient building,recruiting,training and guidance,assessment,incentives,future prospects and other aspects.
