CD3+CD28+T细胞与晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨CD3+CD28+T细胞与晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效的相关性。方法 40例有可测量病灶的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受NP方案化疗,化疗前采用流式细胞术检测外周血CD3+CD28+T细胞的数值,进行有效组(CR+PR)、稳定组(SD)、进展组(PD)和正常对照组四组间比较,并进行疗效与CD3+CD28+T细胞值的相关性分析。结果化疗前有效组的CD3+CD28+T细胞值与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.158),稳定组和进展组均低于对照组(P=0.003,P=0.000);有效组明显高于稳定组和进展组(P=0.036,P=0.000),稳定组高于进展组(P=0.000)。疗效与CD3+CD28+T细胞数值的相关系数r=0.672(P=0.000)。结论化疗前CD3+CD28+T细胞检测值与化疗疗效有一定的相关性,化疗前CD3+CD28+T细胞数值高,则化疗效果好。
