| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠在残根残冠修复治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择临床38例患者的49颗患牙进行玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠修复，于修复后6个月、12个月、24个月和36个月复诊，观察修复体完整性、冠桩稳固性、邻接关系、咀嚼功能及牙龈情况等指标。结果：磨牙1例全瓷冠在第二年随访时出现裂纹，其余48颗患牙的玻璃纤维桩核及全瓷冠均固位良好。结论：玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠在残根残冠修复治疗中具有良好的临床效果。
