| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同粒度金刚砂车针预备的牙体与RetyX Unicem粘固剂粘接强度的影响。方法：采用5种不同粒度车针对牙面进行牙体预备，根据最终使用车针粒度的不同将离体牙试件分为5组，测量其粗糙度，并将牙本质与Rely XUnicem粘固剂粘接，测试各组剪切强度。结果：5种粒度车针预备后的牙面粗糙度间存在显著差异（P〈O．05），Rely XUnicem粘固剂与各组牙面的粘接强度除超细与极细粒度车针组间无差异外，其他各组间也存在显著差异（P〈O．05）。结论：随着车针粒度的减少，牙面粗糙度降低，而RelyXUnicem粘固剂与各组牙面的粘接强度增加。
