| 摘 要： | 目的对糖尿病与非糖尿病患者根管治疗后的术后反应及疗效进行对照观察和评估。方法 160例需做根管治疗的患者,两次法完成根管治疗,观察糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者术后疼痛情况及1年后疗效。结果对于牙髓炎组,糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者术后疼痛两组比较无统计学差异。对于根尖周炎组,糖尿病患者术后疼痛发生率较非糖尿病患者高(P<0.01);根管治疗后1年疗效,糖尿病患者较非糖尿病患者低(P<0.01)。结论对于根尖周炎,糖尿病患者根管治疗术后疼痛要比非糖尿病患者重。
