| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫肌瘤病理改变与低场MRI表现的相关性。方法回顾性分析58例经手术、病理证实的子宫肌瘤低场MRI表现。结果 58例低场MRI共发现子宫肌瘤103个,手术病理证实108个,MRI漏诊率为4.6%。子宫肌瘤低场MRI T2WI均显示低信号最具特征。肌瘤变性MRI平扫可表现为T2WI信号稍高且不均匀。病理显示子宫肌瘤大部分合并内膜增生。结论依据低场MRI影像特征能够准确诊断子宫肌瘤,并能反映肌瘤病理特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the features of low-field MRI and pathological changes in the patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods Low-field MRI manifests of 58 patients with uterine leiomyoma were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were verified by the pathology after surgery.
