| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧治疗婴幼儿脑瘫的效果。方法选择90例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,各45例;对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果治疗组治疗前后发育商评分和运动功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.1%,显著高于对照组的71.1%(P<0.05);治疗组在高压氧舱治疗过程中未发现眼型、肺型氧中毒的不良反应。结论使用高压氧治疗婴幼儿脑瘫能使患儿运动、言语、智力等功能达到最佳功能状态,且方法简便、不良反应少,是减轻残疾的有效手段之一。
