基质金属蛋白酶在血管成形术后再狭窄中的研究进展

摘    要:经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术后再狭窄,已经成为影响其临床疗效的主要因素.近来研究表明,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)参与再狭窄的发生.本文介绍MMPs的生物学特性及活性调节,对其引起再狭窄发生的机制和防治措施做一综述.

Abstract:The restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty has become an influential factor during the cause of medical treatment.Recently research has demonstrated that MMP_S is involved in restenosis.This article aims at introducing biological characters and regulation of MMP_S.The review summarized the mechanism of restenosis and precaution.
