| 摘 要： | 在对采购供应链管理和成本控制的概念和特点进行简要介绍和讨论的基础之上，探讨了将采购供应管理中成本控制应用于医疗机构药品采购的几个方面，包括建立完善的药品采购制度，药品招标采购实行公开、公平、公正的原则和科学选择药品供应商并采用动态管理等。
