凯时注射液联合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛

目的观察凯时注射液加星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗常规药物难以控制的偏头痛的效果。方法凯时注射液10μg加入生理盐水100mL中静脉滴注,qd。用1%利多卡因10mL经前入路行SGB,qd。每次阻滞1侧星状神经节,左右两侧交替注射,10次为1个疗程。全部病人均接受20~30次治疗。治疗期间停用抗偏头痛药物。随访期>6个月。结果共治疗27例,治疗总有效率为85.18%。平均发作频率由治疗前的2.42次/月下降为治疗后的0.71次/月。(P<0.01)。平均发作持续时间由治疗前的6.85h下降为治疗后的2.82h(P<0.01)。结论凯时注射液加SGB是治疗偏头痛的有效方法。

Assessment about kai-shi injection and stellate ganglion block on treatment of severe migraine

Objective] It is the main purpose to assess the clinice efficacy of kai-shi injection and stellate ganglion block (SGB) on the treatment of severe migraine. Methods] We use 0.9% NaCL 100 mL + kai-shi injection 10 ug was drip, qd. We administed SGB to patients by anterior approach and shift the injection position from left to right once a day. The drug which be used for SGB every day was 1% lidocaine 10 mL. All of the 27 patients were treated 20~30 times and they were not allowed to use the antimigraine drug during the period. Then, they were followed up for more than 6 months. Results] The clinical efficacy was 85.18% (23/27 patients have full or meaningful relief). The attack frequency was from 2.42 times/m before treatment to 0.71 times/m after treatment (P <0.01). The average time when migraine attack was from 6.85 h before treatment to 2.82 h after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion] It is an effective method to administ SGB and kai-shi injection on the treatment of migraine.
