| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维康颗粒对大鼠疲劳型亚健康的预防作用。方法应用负重强迫游泳＋部分睡眠剥夺复合因素建立疲劳型大鼠模型。将40只大鼠随机分为5组：正常对照,模型对照组,维康颗粒高、中、低剂量组。观察大鼠的行为学表现,记录大鼠首、末次力竭游泳时间,用乳酸试剂盒测定血浆乳酸含量,用自动生化分析仪检测血清尿素氮含量。结果维康颗粒高、中、低剂量组均能不同程度地改善模型大鼠的行为学表现,提高大鼠力竭游泳时间（P＜0.05）,显著降低大鼠力竭游泳后血浆乳酸（P＜0.05）和血清尿素氮水平（P＜0.05）。结论维康颗粒可以预防疲劳型亚健康的发生。
