| 摘 要： | 目的了解宣武区社区卫生机构的利用情况和居民满意度情况。方法采取多阶段随机抽样方法对宣武区6694名15岁以上居民进行社区服务利用情况和居民满意度情况调查。结果二、三级医院仍为居民最主要的就诊机构；居民去社区卫生服务机构的主要目的是开药、看病；居民对社区卫生服务机构的总体满意度较高。结论需要加强措施，提高社区卫生服务机构的利用率和居民满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the utilization of community health service facilities and satisfation in Xuanwu District in Beijing. Methods The condition of utilization of community health service facilities and satisfation status in Xuanwu district using a muti-stage sampling method （6694 subjects）. Results Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ hospitals remained the major medical bodies chosen by the communities for health service,including seeking medical exmiantions,buying drugs. In general,the people were satisfied with the community health service. Conclusion Measures should be taken to improve the utilization rate of community health service. |
