| 摘 要： | 目的：提高肾错构瘤（AML）的诊疗水平。方法：对65例肾错构瘤诊治资料回顾总结分析。结果：65例肾错构瘤全部经手术和病理证实，行肾切除术34例，肾部分切除术15例，肾错构瘤切除术16例。其中双侧肾错构瘤8例，恶变4例。结论：肾错构瘤手术后应长期随访，因紧错构瘤有复发，双侧性及恶变可能，肾错构瘤应早期诊断，尽早手术，保留肾脏。

| Abstract: | Purpose; To improve the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma (RAML). Method; The data of diagnosis and treatment of 65 RAM], cases were analyzed retrospectively. Result;65 RAML patients all underwent surgery and pathological diagnosis was produced. Surgical operations included 34 cases of nephrectomy, 15 cases of partial nephrectomy and 1 6 cases of enucleation. Among these patients, 8 cases of bilateral RAML and 4 cases of malignancy were seen. Conclusion;Because of the possibility of RAML recurrence, bilateral lesions and malignant changes, postoperative long-term follow-up was necessary for RAML. Early diagnosis and treatment were indicated for RAML in the aim of renal-sparing. |
