酸性氧化电位水应用于血液透析机系统消毒的研究

目的研究血液透析机用酸性氧化电位水消毒系统,观察其消毒效果。方法自行设计酸性氧化电位水消毒系统,规范消毒运行流程,采用细菌检验法观察该系统消毒效果。结果经6个周期试验,对透析机零部件连续用酸性氧化电位水浸泡12 h,全部受试零件光泽度、颜色和柔软性均无变化,未发现腐蚀现象。病人使用后的透析机消毒前的废液排污管内采集的10份样液均检出金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌阳性;用酸性氧化电位水运行清洗消毒的透析机管道,采集的10份样液均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌。结论本研究设计的透析机酸性氧化电位水消毒系统运行程序达到设计要求,消毒效果可靠。

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF AN ACIDIC ELECTROLYZED OXIDIZING WATER IN DISINFECTING HEMODIALYSIS MACHINE SYSTEM

Objective An acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water disinfecting system used for the disinfection of hemodialysis machine was researched to observe the disinfecting efficacy.Method A self-designed disinfection system using acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water was developed and the standard disinfection process has been normalized.The bacteria examination method was used to observe the effect of disinfection.Result After six test cycles with the corresponding components of hemodialysis machine immersed in the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water for 12 hours,the luster,color and softness of all the tested components didn't have any change,and no corrosion was found.The Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa tests were positive in 10 liquid samples collected from the waste liquid pipeline of after hemodialysis before disinfection.But no S.aureus and Ps.aeruginosa were found in 10 liquid samples after the pipeline of the hemodialysis machine was disinfected with acidic electrolyzed water.Conclusion The particular operation process of the self-designed acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water disinfecting system stipulated for the disinfection of the hemodialysis machine can meet all the design specifications,and the disinfecting efficacy are reliable.
