摘    要:目的:优选口炎清含片的最佳提取工艺。方法:以绿原酸提取量和干浸膏得率为评价指标,以HPLC法为含量测定方法,采用正交试验考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数和浸泡时间对提取效果的影响。结果:口炎清含片的最佳提取工艺为加水量10倍,煎煮3次,每次2h,煎煮前浸泡30min。结论:该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,提取效果较好,为制备口炎清含片提供理论基础。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Kouyanqing buccal tablets.Method:HPLC was used to analyze the content of chlorogenic acid,and the orthogonal experimental design was introduced to optimize the conditions of the water extraction technology.The experiment were involved four factors,amount of water,boiling time,times of boiling and immersion time.Result:The best extraction technology was that decocting in 10 times amount of water for 3 times after soaking 30 min and for 2 hours each time.
