中国居民饮食习惯与胃癌发病关系的Meta分析

摘    要:[目的]探讨中国居民饮食习惯与胃癌发生的关系,为预防决策提供依据.[方法]利用Meta分析方法综合国内1991~2005年关于饮食习惯与胃癌发病关系的研究文献30篇,累计病例4752例,对照9281例.[结果]各因素合并值比(OR)及95%CI分别为:饮酒1.70(1.50~1.92)、暴饮暴食2.66(1.95~0.63)、3餐不定时2.61(1.97~3.46)、喜油炸食2.30(1.78~2.96)、喜重盐食1.82(1.50~2.20)、喜烫食1.95(1.42~2.68)、喜干硬食1.94(1.39~2.72);饮茶0.63(0.50~0.79)、吃新鲜菜0.46(0.37~0.59)、吃大蒜0.47(0.34~0.64).[结论]目前中国居民胃癌发生的危险因素主要是喜油炸食、晕饮暴食、3餐不定时、喜烫食、干硬食、重盐食和饮酒等不良饮食习惯,而饮茶、吃大蒜和新鲜蔬菜是保护因素.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between dietary habits and gastric cancer in Chinese residents,and provide a basis for making prevention decision.Methods30 epidemiological studies on the relationship between dietary habits and gastric cancer from 1991 to 2005 were analyzed by using Meta-analysis method. 4752 cases and 9281 controls were recruited from these studies. from 1991-2005 were analyzed.ResultsThe pools odd ratio(OR)values and its corresponding 95% confidence interval(CI)were:alcohol drinking 1.70(1.50-1.92),engorgement 2.66(1.95-3.63),irregularly meal 2.61(1.97-3.46),fry foods 2.30(1.78-2.96),heavy salty foods 1.82(1.50-2.20),eating hot foods 1.95(1.42-2.68),dry forcedly foods 1.94(1.39-2.72),tea 0.63(0.50-0.79),eating fresh vegetables 0.46(0.37-0.59)and eating garlic 0.47(0.34-0.64).ConclusionThe main risk factors of gastric cancer in Chinese residents are the fry foods,engorgement,irregularly meal,eating hot foods,dry forcedly foods,heavy salty foods and alcohol drinking,while are tea,eating garlic and fresh vegetables have protective effects on gastric cancer.
