| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者凌晨血压增高（morning blood pressure，MBPS）与左心室肥厚的关系。方法采用动态血压监测仪分析62例老年原发性高血压患者凌晨血压的特点，根据MBPS差值，将凌晨血压增高≥23．6mmHg判断为凌晨血压增高（MBPS组，n=30），凌晨血压增高〈23．6mmHg判断为非凌晨血压增高（NMBPS组，n=32），分别进行超声心动图检查，观察两组左心室质量指数（Left ventricular mass index，LVMI）。结果MBPS组LVMI明显高于NMBPS组（P〈0．01），且其凌晨收缩压、凌晨舒张压、凌晨脉压均明显高于NMBPS组（P〈0．01）。结论老年原发性高血压患者凌晨血压增高促进了左心室肥厚的发展。
