| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用整张全厚皮片移植一次修复全指背手背腕背增生性瘢痕的可行性及方法。方法：自2005年6月～2009年6月，对10例患者，14只手的全指背、手背、腕背增生性瘢痕合并轻、中度瘢痕挛缩畸形进行切除和松解，应用整张全厚皮片一次植皮整复，同时视瘢痕大小和供皮区的情况，联合侧胸部皮肤扩张术供皮。结果：10例患者，14只手背瘢痕松解植皮，植皮全部成活，手部功能恢复良好。结论：应用整张全厚皮片一次移植治疗全指背手背腕背增生性瘢痕效果理想。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility of treating hypertrophic scars on the whole dorsa of hands and wrists with whole piece full-thickness skin grafting. Methods From June 2005 to June 2009,14 hands of 10 inpatients suffering from mild to medium deformity due to hypertrophic scars were cured with whole piece full-thickness skin grafting combined with the usage of skin expansion on lateral chest after the extent of hypertrophic scars and situation of donor sites were fully considered. Results 14 hands of 10 patients were performed this surgery and the take rates of skin grafting were considerably high. Satisfactory clinical results were also gained. Conclusion Whole piece full- thickness skin grafting could be successfully used in the treatment of hypertrophic scar on the whole dorsa of hands and wrists. |
