广州市流动人口结核病患者社会心理需求调查分析

目的：了解流动人口结核病患者的社会心理需求,针对患者的心理特征,采取相应的措施,使患者的身心得到完全康复。方法：采用自制肺结核病患者健康需求调查问卷,分别对200例广州市流动人口结核病患者进行调查。结果：不同收入水平的结核病患者对家人情感需求和对朋友的情感需求差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不同文化水平的结核病患者对朋友的情感需求差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。男女患者的自我情感需求差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：重视患者的情感认识和健康情感行为,有计划有针对性地实施情感宣教,加强社会和经济支持,提高患者心理信念。

Survey on psychosocial needs in floating population with tuberculosis in Guangzhou City

Objective： To understand the psychosocial needs in floating population with tuberculosis and take appropriate measures to make the patients recovere completely according to the patient′s psychosocial needs.Methods： A questionnaire was applied to 200 non-resident tuberculosis patients in Guangzhou City.Results： The requirements of demand for family affection and passion for friends in different income level of tuberculosis patients had a statistical differences（P〈0.05）.The requirements of passion for friends in different education background of tuberculosis patients had a statistical differences（P〈0.05）.The emotional needs between man and woman had a statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Doctor should pay attention to the patients′ emotional cognition and healthy behaviour,carries out emotion propaganda and designedly and targetedly and strengthen social and economical support to improve their psycho-belief.
