氟离子导入治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

目的：对比观察氟离子导入法和75%氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法治疗牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法：312例牙本质过敏症共438个牙随机分为实验组和对照组。分别进行氟离子导入法和75%氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法脱敏。在统一标准下进行即刻和1个月、3个月后的疗效对照分析。结果：氟离子导入法后即刻、1个月和3个月有效率分别为89.95%、79.34%、69.43%;氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法分别为86.30%、53.14%、35.29%。两组即刻后有效率无显著差异,1个月和3个月有效率有显著差异。氟离子导入治疗牙本质过敏症明显优于氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法的脱敏效果。结论：氟离子导入治疗牙本质过敏症有较好的临床治疗效果。

Clinical effect of fluoride iontophoresis on dentine hypersensitivity
