| Abstract: | In order to overcome the problems of binary heal th economic structur es both in rural and urban areas, it is necessary for creating the scientific de velopment and overall planning ideas and establishing a new system to allocate h ealth resource in rural and urban areas reasonable and scientific approaches for the purposes to develop rural and urban health care in an integrate and benefic ial approaches. |
