2型糖尿病中医辨证分型与血糖及胰岛素、C肽相关性研究

目的:通过现代医学检查手段探讨2型糖尿病与中医辨证分型之间的相关性。方法:对120例2型糖尿病患者进行中医辨证分型,并检测血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、C肤等,分析以上指标与中医辨证分型间的相关性。结果:血糖、糖化血红蛋白在各证型间有递增之势;餐后2h胰岛素、C肽以瘀血内阻型为低,与阴虚燥热型、气阴两虚型、湿热内蕴型相比有统计学意义。结论:2型糖尿病中医辨证分型与上述检测指标有一定相关性,但不能仅根据某些检洲指标进行中医证型的客观化研究。

Study on the relativity of BianZheng FenXing of TCM Syndromes and insulin C-peptide in Type Diabetes

Objective:To discuss the relativity of dialecticly classifying and insulin C-peptide in Type Diabetes by the examination measure of modern medicine.Method:TCM dialectidy classified 120 cases of type 2 dia- betes,and examined their blood sugar,HbAlc,insulin,C-peptide etc. Family:analysed the relativity of the two indexes mentioned above.Re- sults:there was statistics significance in comparison that blood sugar, HhAlc had an incressing trend.2 hours after dinner,Insulin C-peptide were lower in the yuxueneizu type,compared with the types of Yinxuzaore, Qiyinliangxu,Shireneiyun.Conclusion:There is certain relativity between dialecticly classifying of TCM and index mentioned above.
