| 摘 要： | 用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法，研究了降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应（ＣＧＲＰ－ＩＲ）神经纤维和肥大细胞在大鼠松果体的分布。结果表明，ＣＧＲＰ－ＩＲ阳性反应神经纤维呈串珠状，亦有无膨体的细长阳性神经纤维。它们分布于松果体实质的细胞之间及小动脉、小静脉管壁上和血窦的周围。ＣＧＲＰ－ＩＲ阳性肥大细胞大小不等，呈圆形或卵圆形，主要分布在小动脉周围。

| Abstract: | In this study,the distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptide immunoreactive(CGRP-IR) nerve fibers and mast cells in the pineal of rat was investigated by using the immunohistochemical ABC method.The nerve fibers containing CGRP were distributed in the pineal intraparenchymal.CGRP-IR positive mast cells may differ in size,they were scattered in the pineal.But especially surrounding the small vessels and sinusoid.The results provide some morphological basis for the study of neuroimmunomodulation. |
