乳腺癌病人术后抑郁状态调查及护理对策

目的 探讨乳腺癌病人术后抑郁严重程度和特征，为心理评估和心理护理提供依据。方法 用Zung抑郁状态自评量表(SDS)对94例乳腺癌病人术后抑郁状态进行测评。结果 乳腺癌病人术后均存在抑郁，且显高于常模(P＜0．05)；不同年龄不同化程度的病人术后抑郁程度不同，31—49岁的病人化程度高其抑郁程度严重。结论 乳腺癌病人术后心理健康状态较差，心理咨询和心理治疗相当重要，建立良好的护患关系，加强乳腺癌病人术后护理教育、健康指导、协调家属的配合对缓解病人的抑郁症状有积极作用，更好的提高乳腺癌病人的生活质量。

Investigation on the depressive state of the patients with mammary cancer after operatoin

Objective To explore the degree and characteristic of the depressive state in the patients with mammary cancer after operation. Method The depression state of 94 cases with mammary cancer after operation was determined with SDS. Results The results showed that all the patients had depressive state,and it was higher than that of the normals(P<0.05).Those who were at different age groups and different education background had different degrees of depressive state.Of those who were between 31 to 39 years old,the depressive state was more serious than that of whose educatoin background was lower. Conclusion The results indicate that the mental health state of the patients with mammary cancer after operation is poor and the psychotherapy and psycholoical consultation are very important in treating the patients.Establishing a good relationship between the medical workers and the patients,enhancing the nursing education to the patients and asking the family members to take concerted action play an active role in relieving the depressive state of the patients.
