宫颈炎的健康教育调查分析

目的探讨广州地区妇女病普查宫颈中、重度糜烂患病率持续上升的原因以及开展宫颈炎防治知识健康教育的模式。方法2002年1月～2003年8月在我院参加妇女病普查的223例连续2年以上诊断为宫颈中、重度糜烂患者进行问卷调查，了解宫颈糜烂患者对宫颈糜烂的危害及防治知识的认知程度，分析宫颈糜烂患者未能得到有效治疗的原因。结果与结论宫颈糜烂患者大部分文化素质相对偏低，对宫颈糜烂的危害及防治知识认知不足，95％的患者没有依从医嘱积极配合治疗或治疗方法不正确，有的甚至逾年不治，这是导致宫颈申、重度糜烂患病率不断升高的主要原因，普及健康教育知识，制定群体健康教育措施至关重要。

Investigation and analysis on health education on cervical erosion

Objective This article is to probe into the reasons of the continued increase of medium and heavy cervical erosion among the women in Guangzhou area and the mode of conduct the mass health education on the prevention and treatment of cervicitis. Methods We made a writing investigation on 223 cases diagnosed as medium and heavy cervical erosion over two years rnning in the general survey of gynaecological disease at this hospital during the period from January 2002 to August 2003,and tried to find out the cervical erosion patients knowledge and understanding on the harmfulness,prevention and treatemnt of cervical erosion,analysed the reasons why these patients had not received the effective treatments. Results and Conclusion The most of these cervical erosion patients are relative low educated and have less knowledge and understanding on the harmfulness,prevention and treatment of cervical erosion.95 per cent of these patients have not initiatively undergone medical treatment according to the doctors' advice or the medical treatments were incorrect.Some of them even had not undergone medical treatment for many years.This is the main reason that the number of medium and heavy cerivical erosion patients has been continuously increasing.It is important to popularize the health education and make necessary measures on health education.
