| 摘 要： | 将四逆汤附子、干姜用量固定,甘草取6个水平,得6个不同配伍的四逆汤,应用薄层扫描法测定其乌头碱的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果表明:四逆汤中乌头碱的含量随甘草剂量的增加而减少,二者呈高度负相关,f=—0.9945。

| Abstract: | Based on fixed dosages of Radix Aconiti Preparta and Rhizoma Zingiberis and six different dosages ofRadix Glycyrrhizae,six different Sini Decoctions were prepared.The aconitine in these decoctions was determined byTLC-scanning.Statistical analysis was used in the experiment.It has been confirmed that the quantity of aconitine re-duces with the increase of the quantity of Radix Glyrrhiaae,assuming a significant negative correlativity,r=-0.9945. |
