甲状腺乳头状癌E—cad的表达及其意义

目的　研究 E-cad在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达特点及其与转移的关系。方法　应用免疫组化 S-P法检测 71例甲状腺乳头状癌、45例癌旁甲状腺组织和 3 2例正常甲状腺中 E-cad的表达。结果　 E-cad的阳性表达率在甲状腺乳头状癌、癌旁甲状腺组织和 3 2例正常甲状腺中分别为 5 0 .7%、95 .6%和 1 0 0 % ,甲状腺乳头状癌阳性表达率均显著低于癌旁和正常甲状腺组织 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;甲状腺乳头状癌转移组明显低于无转移组 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论　检测 E-cad的表达 ,可能为临床判断甲状腺乳头状癌转移和评估预后的有用指标。

Exprssion of E-cadherin in thyroid papillary carcinoma and its significant

Objective To study the expression of E cad herin and its correlation with metastasis in thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods The expression of E cadherin in 71 patients of thyroid papillary carcinoma,45 cases with paratumor thyroid tissue and 32 normal thyroid tissue was studied with S P immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive expression rates of E cadherin in thyroid papillary carcinoma,paratumor thyroid tissue and normal thyroid tissue were 50 7%,90 6% and 100%,respectively.And the positive expression rate of E cadherin in thyroid papillary carcinoma was significantly lower than those of paratumor and normal thyroid tissue(P<0 05).The difference of E cadherin expression between patients with and without metastasis was statistically significant(P<0 05).Conclusions The data demonstrated that the expression of E cadherin may be used as a factor of the meatastasis potency and the prognosis in thyroid papillary carcinoma.
