浅析民国时期的医事纠纷

近代西医传入中国后,民众逐渐地认识了西医,接受了西医,医院开始成为医疗实践的中心。民国时期由于众多的原因,在医疗过程中,医生与患者间发生了冲突,医患之间的纠纷甚至诉诸法律,时称医事纠纷案,引起了当时社会的关注,有“医事纠纷年”之说。通过典型案例的剖析,分析造成医事纠纷的原因,以期对当今社会中的医疗纠纷问题有所启示。
