| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素18(IL-18)是一种前炎性因子,脂肪组织为其重要来源之一。在脂肪细胞培养及IL-18基因或受体剔除的小鼠中发现,IL-18可增加胰岛素敏感性,而临床研究显示,血IL-18与胰岛素抵抗呈正相关,可能是胰岛素抵抗的炎性标志物。IL-18对胰岛素敏感性的影响可能与其作用时间有关。对IL-18与胰岛素抵抗关系的深入研究将有助于胰岛素抵抗的诊治。

| Abstract: | Interleukin-18(IL-18) is a pro-inflammatory factor,and adipose tissue is one of its important sources.IL-18 increases insulin sensitivity of cultured adipocytes and IL-18-/-mice.But clinical studies found the opposite result,and circulating IL-18 may be used as an inflammatory marker of insulin resistance (IR).The effect of IL-18 on IR may be associated with the duration of its action.Further study of the relationship between IL-18 and IR will be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of IR. |
