舍曲林、喹硫平合并治疗更年期女性抑郁症的临床对照研究

目的探讨舍曲林合并小剂量喹硫平治疗更年期女性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将58例更年期女性抑郁症患者随机分为两组，研究组给予舍曲林合并喹硫平治疗，对照组单用舍曲林治疗，疗程均为8周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表及汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，副作用量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8周末两纽汉密顿抑郁量表及汉密顿焦虑量表评分均显著性下降（P〈0．01）。研究组起效快，显效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），两组不良反应均较轻微。结论舍曲林合并小剂量喹硫平治疗更年期女性抑郁症起效快，疗效肯定，安全性高，依从性好。

A comparative study of sertraline combined with quetiapine in the treatment of menopause female depression

Objective To explore efficacy of sertraline combined with small-dose quetiapine in treatment of menopause female depression. Methods A total of 58 menopause female patients with depression were randomly derided into study group（sertraline combined with small-dose quetiapine）and control group（sertraline alone）for treatment of 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）. Results After 8-week treatment, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in two groups significantly reduced （P〈 0.01）. Compared with control group,study group took effects more quickly and had higher effective rate （P〈 0. 05） . Side reactions of two groups were mild. Conclusion Combination of sertraline and small-dose quetiapine has quicker effect ,better effectiveness, higher safety and well compliance in the treatment of menopause female depression.
