根管钉加光固化树脂修复后牙残冠残根的临床观察

目的观察根管钉加光固化树脂修复后牙残冠残根的临床疗效。方法对133例因龋损或外伤造成的后牙残冠残根,实施完善的根管治疗,根管内置根管钉,用光固化树脂分层固化,形成桩核,用烤瓷冠修复外形。结果133例中,124例(93.2%)治疗成功,修复患牙无松动,无根尖炎,能正常行使咀嚼功能。9例(6.8%)治疗失败。结论根管钉加光固化树脂是修复后牙残根残冠的有效方法。

Clinical observation of root canal nail combined with light-cured resin on repairing residual crown and residual root of buccal teeth

Objective To observe the clinical effect of root canal nail combined with light-cured resin on repairing residual crown and residual root of buccal teeth.Methods 133 cases with residual crown and residual root of buccal teeth were performed with consummate root canal therapy,root canal internally installed root canal nail,laminating curing with light-cured resin to form dowel-caryon,and restoration contour with ceramic crown.Results In the 133 cases,there were no loosening,no apicitis of repaired teeth in 124 cases(93.2%),and the masticatory function was normal.9 cases were failed(6.8%).Conclusion It is a effective method of root canal nail combined with light-cured resin on repairing residual crown and residual root of buccal teeth.
