摘    要:目的:医学生的沟通能力培养同临床技能培养同样重要,本研究探讨在仿真电子化标准模拟病人检体诊断学教学中,医学生沟通能力的培养.方法:224名学生在采用心肺听触诊与腹部触诊仿真电子化标准模拟病人系统辅助教学下,进行检体诊断学实习训练,教师课中重视沟通理念灌输及沟通能力培养,课后进行开放式问卷调查,分析电子模拟病人检体诊断学教学中的沟通能力培养的必要性.结果:学生意识到掌握沟通能力的重要性,贯穿了沟通理念的多样性训练模式贴近临床实际,提高了教学效果.结论:在检体诊断学的实习教学中,必须重视沟通能力的培养,使医学生将来在临床工作中有能力建立和谐医患关系.

Communication skills learning in physical diagnostic teaching using high-fidelity medical simulator

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the communication skills of medical students in physical diagnostic teaching using high-fidelity medical simulator. Methods: Two hundred twenty-four medical students received physical diagnostic teaching using high-fidelity medi- cal simulator, through which the communication ideas, methods and techniques were carried out. The necessity of communication skills learning was analyzed with performing scores of medical students and an open questionnaire survey was conducted. Results: Students recognized that communication ability was very important in the course of physical diagnostic teaching. The training mode binding with communication ideas was closer to clinical practice. Conclusions: In physical diagnostic teaching using high-fidelity medical simulator, it is necessary to strengthen communication skills training for medical students to establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
