风险管理在护理管理中的应用效果探讨

目的研究风险管理在护理管理中的应用效果，并评价其对护理质量的影响。方法以我院在2011年3月-2013年3月收治的380例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组两组，每组190例患者。对照组采用常规管理，观察组采用了风险管理，通过调查问卷、寻访的方式对两组患者的护理效果进行总结和分析，并对两组惠者的护理满意度进行比较。结果通过分析，对照组的护理满意度为，观察组的护理满意度为，观察组的护理质量和护理满意度明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论将风险管理应用到护理管理中，具有良好的效果，不仅能够有效提高护理质量，也能提高护理满意度，值得进一步推广和使用。

To study the effect of application of risk management in nursing management

Objective To study the effect of the application of risk management in the nursing management, and to evaluate its effect on quality of care. Methods To our hospital in 380 patients in 2011 March -2013 year in March as the research object, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 190 patients in each group. The control group with routine management, the observation group with risk management, through the questionnaire, searching for the way the nursing effect of two groups of patients are summarized and analyzed, and compared nursing satisfaction in the two groups of patients. Results Through the analysis, the control group for observation group satisfaction with care, nursing satisfaction as the observation group, the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction significantly better than the control group, two groups has statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To apply risk management to nursing management, with good results, not only can effectively improve the quality of nursing care, can improve nursing satisfaction, worthy of further promotion and use.
