双吉地区7－15岁儿童乙肝疫苗查漏补种效果评价

目的评价双吉地区2010-2011年对7-15岁儿童乙肝疫苗查漏补种效果,为制定乙肝免疫策略提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫法检测乙肝五项,对全阴及单独抗-HBs弱阳性者进行补种乙肝疫苗。结果通过此次7-15岁儿童乙肝疫苗查漏补种,发现随着年龄的增长,抗-HBs阴性数逐渐增加。单独抗-HBs弱阳性者290人,接种一针,抗体阳转率100%。全阴者三针全程接种576人,558人抗体阳转,抗体阳转率97%,经再次加强免疫,抗体全部阳转。结论通过此次乙肝疫苗查漏补种,抗体阳转率明显提高,对预防乙肝起到了良好的效果。

Evaluation on supplementrary immunization activities of Hepatitis B Vaccine for children aged 7~15 in Shuangji

Objective To evaluate the effect of supplementary immunization activities of Hepatitis B Vaccine for aged 7-15 in Shuangji region in the year of 2010-2011,and to provide reference for formulating the strategies for Hepatitis B vaccine on immunization（EPI）.Methods Enzyme- Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay（ELISA） method was used for detection of five HBV immunological marker,and children having all negative antibodies or a separate anti- HBs weak positive antibody were revaccinated.Results We found that the number of children having anti- HBs-negative gradually increases with increasing age.Antibodies of 558out of 576 children who have all negative ones turned positive after the full three times immunization,and the seroconversion rate is 97%.Those of all of the rest children turned positive after the booster.Antibodies of all290 children having a separate anti- HBs weak positive one turned positive after once immunization,and the seroconversion rate is 100%.Conclusions The supplementary immunization activities of Hepatitis B Vaccine obviously increase the seroconversion rate,and achieves good effect on the prevention of Hepatitis B.
