博利康尼及普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎临床疗效观察

目的观察博利康尼加普米克令舒(吸入用布地奈德混悬液)雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管的临床疗效.方法选取我院2003年1月～2005年12月诊治的喘息性支气管炎患儿89例,随机分两组,对照组43例,采用传统疗法(常规治疗 氨茶碱及肾上腺皮质激素静脉点滴);观察组46例,在常规治疗基础上加博利康尼及普米克令舒雾化液混合雾化吸入.结果观察组在治愈率、症状消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均明显优于对照组.结论普米克令舒加博利康尼雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效明显.

Clinical effect observation of terbutaline combine pulmicort inhalator in the use of asthmatic bronchitis

Objective Observing the clinical effect of Terbuline combine Pulmincort(Budesonide Suspl inhalator) in the use of asthmatic bronchitis.Methods We selected 89 children diagnosised as asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital from Janury of 2003 to December of 2005.They were dived into two groups randomly,43 cases in control group,46 cases in observed group,The control group received traditional therapy(conventional treatment combined Aminofilina and Adrenal Cortex Hormone),the obeserved group received Turbutaline and Pulmicort inhalation,besides the traditional therapy drugs.Results Obeserved group achieved a singificant result,which is better than the control group in cure rate,symptoms disappear time and lung rales disappear time.Conclusion Terbutaline combine Pulmicort inhalator had a better treatment effect in asthmatic bronchitis.
