| 摘 要： | 目的 研究黄连素在军事训练中的抗疲劳作用。方法 野外训练后第3天口服黄连素0．3g，3次／d，观察学员发病状况。结果 对照组1124人，出现上呼吸道感染125人，腹泻149人，踝关节扭伤后肿胀56人，发热18人，腰腿痛256人，奔袭中脑病12人。治疗组1125人，出现上呼吸道感染88人，腹泻12人，踝关节扭伤后肿胀52人，发热10人，腰腿痛126人，奔袭中脑病7人。结论 黄连素对预防上呼吸道感染、腹泻、发热、腰腿痛、奔袭中脑病有明显抗疲劳作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-fatigue effects of berberine in military training. Methods 3 days after the field training,students took berberine orally 3 times a day,each dosage was 0.3 g. And then the state of students＇ sickness was observed, Results In control group （ 1 124 students）, there were 125 upper aspiratory infection cases, 149 diarrhea cases,56 sprained ankle cases, 18 fever cases, 256 waist and leg pain cases, and 12 brain sickness cases in the long-range raid; in treatment group （1 125 students） ,there were 88 upper aspiratory infection cases, 12 diarrhea Cases,52 a sprained ankle cases, 10 fever cases, 126 waist and leg pain cases, and 7 brain sickness cases in the long-range raid. Conclusions Berberine＇ s anti-fatigue effect is positive in treating upper aspiratory infection, diarrhea, sprained ankle, fever, waist and leg pain, and brain sickness in the longrange raid, |
