电针抗大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤机理的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨电针对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其可能的作用机制。方法 用无水乙醇灌胃建立大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤模型 ,观察指标包括胃黏膜血流量 (GMBF)、血清一氧化氮 (NO)、血浆内皮素 (ET)、胃黏膜损伤指数 (L I)含量的变化及其 NO与 ET含量变化的关系。结果 大鼠无水乙醇灌胃后 ,GMBF减少 ,NO含量降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,血浆 ET含量和 L I增高 (P<0 .0 1) ;各电针组 GMBF、血清 NO含量均升高 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,血浆 ET含量和 L I均有所下降 (P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1) ;电针不同穴位对上述改变的影响效果不同 ,其中尤以“足三里” “中脘” “内关”组疗效最显著。结论 电针具有抗大鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用 ,其作用机制可能是通过调节血中 NO/ ET含量 ,改善胃黏膜血流 ,从而起到抗胃黏膜损伤的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the preventive effect of electroacupuncture on rat's acute gastric mucosal lesion and its possible mechanism of action. Methods A rat model of acute gastric mucosal lesion was made by gastric injection of absolute ethyl alcohol. Indices observed included changes in gastric mucosa blood flow(GMBF), serum nitric oxide(NO) content, plasma endothelin(ET) content, gastric mucosal lesion index(LI) and the relationship between changes in NO and ET contents. Results GMBF and NO content decreased (P<0.01) and plasma ET content and LI increased(P<0.01) after injection of absolute ethyl alcohol into rat stomach. Both GMBF and serum NO content increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05) and both plasma ET content and LI somewhat decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in all electroacupuncture groups. The above changes varied with electroacupuncture of different points. Especially the effect was most marked in the Zusanli(ST 36) Zhongwan(CV 12) Neiguan(PC 6) group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a preventive effect on rat's acute gastric mucosal lesion. Its mechanism may be that electroacupuncture regulate blood NO/ET content and improve gastric mucosa blood flow to prevent gastric mucosal lesion.
