| 摘 要： | 观察３００例不同剂量，不同年龄，不同性别，不同免疫水平的患者，注射乙肝疫苗。方法按０，１，６ｍｏ程序，三角肌内注射，全程后６ｍｏ检测表面抗体。结果 表明乙肝疫苗剂量大与小产生表面抗体的阳转率无显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the immunologic effects on 300 cases in different ages and sexes and at different immunologic levels after having injected different doses of hepatitis B vaccine. Methods The different doses of hepatitis B vaccine were injected into musculus deltoideus according to 0, 1 and 6 month program. And anti-HBs were tested 6 months after the injection. Results The positive rate of anti-HBs wasn't significant associated with dose (PWTBZ]>0.05) but with age, sex and body's immunologic level (P<0.01). Conclusion This suggests that immunologic effects aren't related to dose but to age, sex and body's immunologic level. |
