肾脏缺血预处理对大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:目的观察肾脏缺血预处理对大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响,并初步探讨了其机理。方法采用大鼠肾脏缺血预处理及离体心脏灌注的方法。结果缺血预处理能明显减轻缺血(再灌注损伤的程度,表现为冠脉流出液中蛋白含量、乳酸脱氢酶和组织蛋白酶D活性降低(P均<0.01),心肌水肿程度减轻,丙二醛和钙含量减少(P<0.01)。结论肾脏缺血预处理对大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤具有一定保护作用,其机理可能与肾缺血时某些内源性介质的释放有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of renal ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on ischemic/reperfusion (I/R) injury of rat heart and to explore the machanism of it. Methods Renal IPC and isolated perfusion of rat heart was perfermed. Result IPC can atenuate the I/R injury, such as lowering the leakege of protein, LDH and CD from myocardium to coronary effluent and reducing myocardium edema, decreasing formation of MDA and calcium overload. Conclusion Renal IPC has protective effects on I/R injury of rat heart and the protective mechanism might due to the release of some endogenous pretective mediators.
