摘    要:目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)和氧自由基对淋巴滞留性脑病的影响。方法以Wistar大鼠为实验动物,通过结扎和摘除颈深淋巴结造成淋巴滞留性脑病的动物模型,测定脑淋巴引流阻断后1,3,5和7d大脑皮层内NO,脂质过氧化物(MDA)和自由基清除剂CuZn-SOD含量的动态变化。结果脑淋巴引流阻断后1dNO含量明显降低,3、5和7d降低更显著。与对照组比较,1、3、5和7d的MDA含量显著增加(P<0.01)而CnZn-SOD含量均显著减低(P<0.01)。MDA与CuZn-SOD有显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论NO、氧自由基在实验性淋巴滞留性脑病的病理过程中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of NO oxide free radical on lymphatostatic encephalopathy. Methods The kimetic alterations of nitric oxide (No), lipid peroxide (MDA) and free radical scalvages (CuZn-SOD) in cerebral cortex were determined dynamically in 1,3,5 and 7 days after the block by using model of lymphatostatic encephalopathy which was estatlished by occluding and removing profound cervical nodes in Wistar rats. Results The level of No significantly decreased during day (P<0.05) and further decreased at 3,5 and 7 days (P<0.01), The levels of MDA at 1, 3,5 and 7 day were significantly increased and the contents of CuZn-SOD significantly decreased compared with the control (P<0.01). There was negative correlation between the levels of MDA and CuZn-SOD. Conclusion The levels of NO and oxide free redicals may play an important role in experimental lymphatostatic encephalopathy.
