电磁治疗老年性前列腺增生症

目的观察电磁治疗老年性前列腺增生症疗效。方法应用洛阳市安乐医疗仪器厂生产ＡＬ—４落地式低频电磁综合治疗机。治疗前列腺增生症８２例。结果主观症状：显效６５例（占７９％）；有效１０例（占１２％）；无效７例（占８％）；本组总有效率为９１％。剩余尿：８２例中剩余尿减少，０ｍｌ者７例，＜５０ｍｌ２７例，５０～１００ｍｌ３６例，＞１００ｍｌ１２例。治疗前剩余尿平均为２９０ｍｌ，治疗后为６７ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。前列腺体积：８２例中有５３例前列腺上端横经缩小，平均缩小０．３１ｃｍ，最大缩小１．２２ｃｍ，治疗前与治疗后比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论电磁治疗老年性前列腺增生症引起的尿路梗阻症状有明显疗效。

ELECTROMAGNETIC THERAPY FOR PROSTATAUXE IN AGED PATIENTS

Objective To study the effect of electromagnetic therapy for prostatauxe in aged individuals. Methods AL-4 low frequency electromagnetic instrument made in Luoyang was used to treat 82 patients with prostatauxe. Results As far as subjective symptoms were concerned, the method was very effective in 65 cases (79%), effective in 10 cases (12%), uneffective in 7 cases (8%); and total effective rate 91%. Surplus urine was reduced 0 ml in 7 cases, 0-50 ml in 27 cases, 50-100 ml in 36 cases and more than 100 ml in 12 cases, The mean surplus urine was 290 ml before treatment and 67 ml after treatment (P<0.001). The volume of prostata was reduced in 53 cases. The mean reduced volume was 0.31 cm and the maximum was 1.22 cm. The difference was not notable between before and after treatment. Conclusion symptoms of urethral block caused by prostatauxe in aged patients was significantly improved by eletromagnetic therapy.
