硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

目的：观察硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利对原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将132例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照1组、对照2组和治疗组，对照1组口服硝苯地平缓释片，对照2组口服贝那普利，治疗组口服硝苯地平缓释片和贝那普利，1个月后，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗组降压效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：硝苯地平缓释片联合贝那普利较单独使用硝苯地平缓释片或贝那普利治疗原发性高血压病，疗效更为确切。

Effectiveness of Extended Reldase Nifedipine tablets combined with Bena zepril in treating primary hypertension

Objective:The study was to investigate the effectiveness of extended release nifdeipine tablets with Benazepril in treating primary hypertension. Methods: 132 cases of primary hypertension were divided into eontrol group one,control group two and treatment group randomly with each group of 44.The control group 1 receivde estended release nifedipine tablets therapy, and the control group 2 received Benazepril, while the treament group was given Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets combined with Benazepfil .The effectiveness was compared in 3 groups after one months. Results: The efficacy of the treament group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion:Extended release Nifedipine tablets combined with Benazepril is more effective than single extended release Nifedipine tablets or Benazepril in treating primary hypertension and should be the first choice.
