摘    要:目的研制开发液基薄层宫颈细胞制片系统(简称TCT),为宫颈癌的细胞学的检测提供一种先进的制片技术。方法消化和吸收国外先进机型构造技术,根据机械力学、流体力学原理和微孔膜技术,自主创新,设计和应用转动标本瓶方法分散细胞,翻转头连接升降机来实现细胞收集和转移全部机械动作,密封的气路压力传感系统完成细胞的吸附、排水、细胞分离。设备还配置国际TBS报告方式和图文处理系统,使用功能更加完善。结果经3000小时不间断开机,500例宫颈标本制片,设备运转正常,制片重复性好。标准制片视野,在200倍显微镜观察下,细胞量≥5000,细胞形态完好,背景清晰,细胞薄层平铺。结论国产液基宫颈细胞制片系统,性能可靠和稳定,大大降低生产成本和检查费用,使这项先进的技术得到普及,使广大妇女受益。

Abstract:Objective To exploit a liquid-based thinprep cytological test(TCT)used in cytological test of cervical carcinoma.Methods Learning the tectonics technique from foreign advanced machines,according to theories of mechanics,fluid mechanics and microhole film technology,applying turning sample bottles for separating cells and reversal caput connecting lifter for cell collection and transformation all mechanically,to realize cell absorption,drainage and cell separation by sealed gas pressure sensor system.Compactly designed and simply structured,the function of the TCT is perfect by the collocation of international TBS report and graphics context handling system.Results The TCT run regularly and produced well repeated films by continuous opening for 3 000 hours and 500 cases of cervical films.The sample film under 200 times microscope showed:not less than 5 000 cells,cell forms well,clear background and flat cell thin layer.Conclusion The TCT made in China holds a reliable and stable capability,which can greatly reduce cost and test fee and make the technology popular and women in China benefited.
