| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association between Deceleration capacity of rate（DC）,heart rate variability（HRV） and heart rate turbulence（HRT） in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The DC、HRV and HRT was obtained from 62 survivors of acute myocardial infarction（AMI） in sinus rhythm and 51 control without AMI.The DC、time-domain HRV parameters、HRT parameters turbulence onset（TO） and turbulence slope（TS） was measured by the original definitions using digitized 24 hours Holter recording.Results We found that DC、HRV and HRT parameters in patients with AMI were significantly lower than those in controls.DC was positively correlated with SDNN、RMSSD、pNN50、TS（p0.01）.Conclusion DC could be considered as an indicator of autonomic nervous function tests since it strong correlativity with classical and typical prognostic parameters such as HRV and TS. |
