| Abstract: | Objective To study heart rate variability（HRV） of health young man.Method Record and analyze heart rate and HRV in 24 hour Holter recording in 205 health young men.Results The standard deviation of all RR intervals（SDNN）,the square root of the mean squared differences of successive of RR intervals（rMSSD）,the percentage of of successive of RR intervals 50ms（PNN50） were 184.8±42.7（80~297） ms,30.2±18.8（7.3~89） ms,19.0±10.4（1~51）,low frequency（LF）,high frequency（HF） and LF/HF in daytime were 719.0±504.0（74~2575） ms2,289.8±306.3（25~1772） and 3.2±1.6（0.4~7.91）,while those in night were 650.6±480.9（20~2468） ms2,971.8±870.0（24~5489） and 1.1±1.2（0.1~8.3）.There were significant difference between day and night.Conclusion The present study can provided some useful information about HRV in health young man. |
