DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折159例临床评价

目的报告应用DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对159例股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行DHS手术治疗。结果本组病例无1例死亡,159例患者平均随访9个月(6～18个月),全部骨折愈合,疗效满意,总的优良率为98.1%。结论DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折是一种理想的方法。规范的DHS手术操作技巧,包括术前准确复位和术后下肢静脉血栓的预防、下肢髋膝踝关节的早期被动活动是提高手术效果的重要环节。

Effect of a DHS for Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture in 159 cases

Objective This article reported the effect of DHS for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods One hundred fifty-nine cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by DHS. Results All patients were followed-up from 6 to 18 months with average of 9 months, their effect was satisfactory. Conclusions The DHS is a very good method for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. The accurate, reduction, post-operative prevention of venous thrombo-embolism of the lower extremities, and the importance of the early passive movement of the hip, the knee and the ankle joints are highly emphasized.
