ICU重型颅脑损伤患者应用早期肠内-肠外营养支持的护理

目的探讨早期肠内＋肠外营养支持对重型颅脑损伤患者营养状况及并发症的影响。方法分析上海市普陀区人民医院NICU收治的103例颅脑重症患者,术后48h给予早期序贯性肠外-肠内营养。观察并发症的影响因素并给予护理干预。结果 103例患者营养状况均有不同程度改善,有效率达100%。结论患者术后早期给予序贯性肠外-肠内营养不仅能改善患者营养,增加存活率,改善预后而且可以减少并发症。

Efficacy of Early Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Support on Head Injury Patients in ICU

Objective To explore the effects of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support on the nutritional status and complications in patients with severe head injury.Methods 103 patients with severe head injury in ICU in our hospital were given early enteral and parenteral nutrition support at 48 hours after surgery.The incidence of complications and related crisis factors were observed,and the nursing measures to prevent all these complications were performed.Results The nutritional status of 103 patients achieved various degree of improvement,the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The early enteral and parenteral nutrition support after surgery for severe head injury patients can improve their nutritional status,reduce complications,increase the survival rate and improve the prognosis.
