| 摘 要： | 目的总结乙酰螺旋霉素原料药合成工艺中影响效价的主要因素。方法通过调整乙酰化时加入催化剂4-二甲胺基吡啶(DMAP)的时间及用量,提高最终成品的单双乙酰化比例。结果与结论此方法改善了酰化反应条件,提高了产品的效价收率。

| Abstract: | Objective The article gave a summary of the factors what effected Acetylspiramycin's titer in the course of synthesis.Methods Adjust the time and weight of catalyst DMAP added in reaction to raise the titer of end product.Results and Conclusion The method can raise the titer yield of the finished product by improving the technology of acylation. |
